En l’espace de vingt ans, nous avons accueilli onze enfants qui sont nés sur les quatre continents où nous avons vécu : cinq en France, un au Cameroun, un en Nouvelle-Calédonie, un en Australie et trois en Bolivie. Selon les circonstances, ces enfants sont nés dans différents endroits : à la maison, en mobile home, sous tente, dans une chambre d’hôtel ou dans la voiture….. Mais toujours, nous avons choisi de vivre chaque naissance au cœur de notre intimité conjugale, afin de préserver le bien-être et le plein respect de la mère et du bébé et de donner à cet heureux évènement un caractère sacré.
En 2009, lorsque nous attendions notre neuvième enfant, nous avons ressenti l’appel de filmer la naissance du bébé à venir, afin de partager notre expérience et notre savoir-faire en matière d’accouchement vécu naturellement et paisiblement. Puis, avec les captures vidéo, nous avons réalisé un magnifique DVD pédagogique et pratique, en vue de montrer le déroulement d’un Accouchement Naturel Autonome vécu en couple pas à pas.
Ce DVD de 85 minutes a été réalisé à l’attention des futurs parents qui recherchent l’autonomie dans l’accueil de leurs enfants. Il présente les différentes phases de la naissance : préparation, premiers signes, contractions, relaxation, accompagnement et rôle du père, descente et arrivée de l’enfant, section du cordon ombilical, délivrance, repos de la mère et du nouveau-né, soins du cordon ombilical, premières tétées, premières promenades,…

Gandhi said : « Be the change you want to see in the world », and it’s up to each of us to act at our own level to build this New World right now. Let’s stop criticizing everything we don’t like on this Earth: it’s a waste of time and energy!
Let’s put on our glasses of love, and together, let’s be the courageous builders of a better world, more and more in line with the ideal we feel in our hearts, knowing that, as Albert Schweitzer said: « The ideal remains for us what a star is for the sailor. It cannot be reached, but it remains a guide. »
